1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines, Area Center V, Bicol International Airport, throughs its Bids and Awards Committee, invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers to participate in the COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICING OF DIESEL ENGINE GENERATOR SETS AT BICOL AIRPORT - NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184
