Description : (2nd Procurement)
1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is conducting procurement through Small Value Procurement for the Project Comprehensive Maintenance of Internet Load Balancer in GSIS Head Office, with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) amounting to Php1,800,000.00.
2. The contract period shall be for the period 14 April 2026 to 31 October 2028.
If the Contract cannot be executed before 14 April 2026, GSIS has the option to reduce the contract period and contract amount. The ending period of the contract will still be 31 October 2028.
3. Refer to the attached Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications (ANNEX A) for further details.
4. The GSIS now invites interested bidders to submit quotations for said Project. Price Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Quotations.
5. A complete set of documents may be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the GSIS website starting on 11 March 2026.
