1. The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 11975 (General Appropriation Act CY 2024) intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion/ Upgrading/ Repair of Paoc Barangay Health Station (Adjustment of Floor Elevation and Roofing, Tile, Ceiling and Painting Works, Water and Electricity Supply) - Brgy. Paoc Norte, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 25-65-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
