Completion of the Tissue Culture Building/Facility

1. The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar, through the 2025 GENERAL FUND-NON-OFFICE (Ordinance 2025-044) intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-ONE PESOS AND 27/100 (Php795,491.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Completion of the Tissue Culture Building/Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar now invites bids for the Completion of the Tissue Culture Building/Facility. Completion of the Works is required for Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
