Invitation to Bid for COMPLETION OF REMAINING WORKS AT SAMAR FORESTDALE HOUSING PROJECT (230 HOUSING UNITS)

1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Balangkayan, Eastern Samar, through the funds transferred by National Housing Authority (NHA) for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan F. Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php. 20,936,308.80 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of remaining works at Samar Forestdale Housing Project (230 Housing Units) and Project Identification Number 25-07-021. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
