1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, through the LBP Loan intends to apply the sum of Php 199,964,312.93 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-CW-2025-091 Completion of Quirino Province Convention Center (Phase II), Capitol Hills, Cabarroguis, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by 420 Calendar Days.
