Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
COMPLETION OF PINAMALAYAN TOWN PLAZA, PINAMALAYAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the GENERAL FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Four Pesos and 81/100 (Php 19,990,664.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Completion of Pinamalayan Town Plaza, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2025-125)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 76 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
