  The Local Government Unit of Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested and qualified contractors to bid for the project described below, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR):
  1. Name of Project: COMPLETION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT FORESTANCIA RESORT
  Location: Barangay Candiis, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay
  Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PHP 998,473.32
  Contract Duration: 34 Calendar Days
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The procurement of the project shall be conducted through Public Bidding, using a single-stage, two-envelope procedure, as provided under RA 12009 and its IRR.
