The Barangay Sabang, Sibonga, Cebu through the 20% Development Fund CY 2024 & 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos and 91/100 (658,988.91), Completion of Multi-Purpose Building (Phase I) at Barangay Sabang, Sibonga, Cebu being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bid received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
