Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE

COMPLETION OF MOTHER AND CHILD BUILDING 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR

A. Background

The Completion of Mother & Child (MAC) building 2 nd and 3 rd floor at Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) was initiated in 2013. The scope of work included civil works, architectural finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, retrofitting works, and other related works necessary for the complete renovation of the building. Due to availability issues in certain areas, the project had stalled for over a decade. For this reason, a mutual termination of the contract was agreed upon, effective August 20, 2025.

At the time of termination, the project was almost 65% complete. Proper
turnover, assessment, and documentation of the unfinished work were
completed to facilitate direct completion through alternative arrangements.

B. Objectives

The main objectives of these Terms of Reference are:
