Description : 1) The DAVAO DEL NORTE STATE COLLEGE, through the National Expenditure Program 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 13,810,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB-2026-03, COMPLETION OF LEARNING AND INFORMATION RESOURCE CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DAVAO DEL NORTE STATE COLLEGE now invites bids for above mentioned project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred (200) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
