Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR COMPLETION OF FOOD CENTER / PR 0822-25
1.The Sultan Kudarat State University, through the under Fund 164: Capital OutlayBuildings and Other StructuresBuildings intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand One Hundred Two and 99/100 Pesos (Php 1,144,102.99). Completion of Food Center/PR No. 0822-25 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Sultan Kudarat State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Seventy-Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
