1. The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the AIP 2024- 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Three Pesos and Eighty Four Centavos (3,498,553.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Evacuation Center and Multi-Purpose Building, Paruddun, Aparri, Cagayan (2024-DF20%-APA-0189).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
