1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund 2023 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen and 92/100 Pesos (Php1,992,314.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Evacuation Center (POW-8751-2025-ALA-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, Benguet now invites bids for the project:
