1. The Municipality of Senator Ninoy Aquino, through a Term Loan from Land Bank of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of Sixty Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos and 74/100 (Php67,500,778.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of the Construction of Three (3) Storey Municipal Government Multi-Purpose Building with Amenities and Landscaping Works Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
