COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF 2-STOREY SCHOOL BUILDING AT OMSC MAMBURAO (TERMINATED CONTRACT OF FIRMABUILT: 19.86% UNPERFORMED)

1) The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC), through the Special Trust Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Forty Seven Pesos and 53/100 (Php5,117,547.53) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF 2-STOREY SCHOOL BUILDING AT OMSC MAMBURAO (TERMINATED CONTRACT OF FIRMABUILT: 19.86% UNPERFORMED). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
