Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE COMPLETION OF BUKSU HOTEL TRAINING LABORATORY WITH FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT WITH IDENTIFICATION NUMBER INFRA-P03-2026-04-20

1. The Bukidnon State University, through the FY 2026 (01-RAF) Budget Approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Pesos (Php 40,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Completion of BukSU Hotel Training Laboratory with Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment with identification number Infra-P03-2026-04-20. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bukidnon State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within Four (4) years (April 20, 2022- April 20, 2026).
