1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Three and 1/100 Pesos (Php1,399,923.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Besil-Duheb Farm to Market Road (POW-8751-2024-BHG-04). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, Benguet now invites bids for the project:
