1. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos & 0/100 (PhP 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Completion of Barangay Health Station, Brgy. Poblacion, Bindoy, Negros Oriental, - Straight Contract Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bindoy, Negros Oriental now invites bids for Completion of Barangay Health Station, Brgy. Poblacion, Bindoy, Negros Oriental Completion of the Works is required 130 working days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
