Description : 1. The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau - XI through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Seventy Million Pesos (P70,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Complete Design of the 3-Storey EMB XI Office Building and Construction and Installation of Architectural and Structural, Drainage and Septage, Water Supply and Distribution System, Electrical Fixture and Equipment, Heating and Ventilation Air conditioning System (HVAC), Fire Protection System (FPS), Public Address System, Voice and Data System (PABX / LAN) for the entire 1st floor of the building” with Contract ID Number EMBXIPBD-2024-002 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
