THEY ARE ALSO ANTICIPATED TO ESTABLISH SUSTAINABLE INDIGENOUS GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORKS THAT PROMOTE RESILLIENCE, FLOURISHING COMMUNITIES, AND FAIRER SOCIETY.
