Description : The community affairs consultant shall be responsible for planning and executing community events, implementing community development programs, managing social media and other publicity materials and fostering community engagement. They shall likewise be responsible in organizing and coordinating with stakeholders in activities such as community outreach programs, organizing community and barangay events and developing public relations strategies that will promote the LGU's mission, vision and goal. They shall be the bridge between the community and the LGU such as maintaining relationships with the members of the community, key individuals and other organizations and serving as a point of contact for neighboring communities, institutions and entities.

They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, time-management and organizational abilities.
