OTHER TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. Delivery Schedule is up to Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Purchase Order
2. The SPMC has the right to change the delivery schedule in case of the following situation:
a) There is an emergency need of the product.
b) There is an increase in demand of the product that will cause to have out of supply.
3. Prior notice shall be given to suppliers of any changes in the delivery schedule.
4. The item must be delivered in standard packing or as prescribed by the specifications.
5. Payment terms shall be within 30 to 60 calendar days upon issuance of Certificate of Acceptance by the Material Management Section.
6. The item must have no record of violation and shall be included in the list of acceptable products.
a) For the newly introduced products in the hospital, the bidder must have submitted a sample for evaluation and was declared acceptable.
