  1. The Municipal Government of Perez, Quezon, through its 2025 Local Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Seventy Pesos (Php 149,070.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Combat Acquire Immune Deficiency Syndrome- Provision of Testing Kit for Sexually Transmitted Disease (2025-02-009). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Municipal Government of Perez, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days.
