Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION, TREATMENT AND PROPER DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS AND TOXIC HEALTH CARE WASTES GENERATED USING NON-BURN TECHNOLOGY FOR THE 5 DISTRICT HOSPITALS (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

1. The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), through the PGLU Annual Budget CY 2025 (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos (₱1,157,970.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Collection, Transportation, Treatment and Proper Disposal of Hazardous and Toxic Health Care Wastes Generated Using Non-Burn Technology for the 5 District Hospitals (Framework Agreement) / ITB No. 2025-01-34. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
