Scope of work:
1. Includes Hauling Charges
2. Service Provider shall ensure safe transport and disposal of the confiscated meat and meat products
3. Service Provider shall be responsible in unloading the waste materials upon reception to the disposal facility materials
4. Incineration and Disposal charge
5. Rendering of service for the specific order shall only begin once there is a non-hazardous waste to be collected
6. Collection and disposal to any point of Luzon/Quezon City
7. Service Provider will issue an Invoice for every transaction
