Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Collection, Transport, Treatment and Disposal of Hazardous/Infectious Waste Generated in the Hospital to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital

1) The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the NEP/GAA intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 4,080,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Collection, Transport, Treatment and Disposal of Hazardous/Infectious Waste Generated in the Hospital to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital now invite bids for Collection, Transport, Treatment and Disposal of Hazardous/Infectious Waste Generated in the Hospital to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital).
