INVITATION TO BID FOR
Collection of Hospital Waste

1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 MOOE intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Collection of Hospital Waste for the use of DdOPH-Montevista and DdOPH-Pantukan- PEEMO with Purchase Request No. 25-C0161 under Bid No. B-25-0050. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by As per Request. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
