The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Non-Office 2025, Collection, Hauling, Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste, OMOE, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Million and 00/100 Pesos (PhP300,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Collection, Hauling and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste Including Street Sweeping in Cagayan de Oro; PR No. 25-1046 dated 12 March 2025; SN 36a - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
