1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Non-Office - Social Services Sector, Collection, Hauling, Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (OMOE), intends to apply the sum of Ninety Million 00/100 Pesos (PhP90,000,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Collection, Hauling and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste Including Street Sweeping in Cagayan de Oro City; PR No. 25-3710 dated August 29, 2025; SN 122-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required by Three (3) Months.
