Scope of Works:

1. Pull-out existing controller and replacement of new controller part.

2. Installation of new digital controller unit.

3. Rewiring for new digital controller from outdoor to indoor unit.

4. General check-up of power supply.

5. Additional of electrical supply.

6. Addutional of refrigerant R404a.

7. Testing and commissioning.

8. With Warranty Provisions.

a. One year warranty for the new Digital Controller unit.

b. Should conduct one visit per month with check listing on existing status of unit.

c. Immediately correct/troubleshoot problems that will be found on site.

d. Change of oil compressor for every six (6) months,
