Description : 1. The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2022 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Five Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety and 40/100 Pesos (Php55,839,890.40) inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges being the ABC to payments under the contract for Coal Operating Contract No. 204 Malangas Regional Exploration Drilling and Geophysical Logging Project - Re-Bid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PNOC EC now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
