1.The Municipal Government of Hungduan, Ifugao through the Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-TWO & 61/100 PESOS (Php 435,892.61) being the Approved Budget (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CLUSTER S1-2024.
a.Improvement of Hahlul Irrigation, Abatan Php 241,892.48
b.Improvement of Bimmakuy to Bangbang Road Php 194,000.13

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipal Government of Hungduan, Ifugao now invites bids for the Cluster S1-2024. Completion of the works is required thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the ...
