1. The Local Government Unit of Juban in the amount TWO MILLION PESOS, (PhP2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF LABOR, EQUIPMENTS AND MATERIALS for:
CLUSTER 1
1. Improvement of Municipal Building , North Poblacion
2. Improvement of Municipal Building - Grounds Development and Landscaping, North Poblacion
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. Delivery of the labor, materials & equipment is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
