1.The Municipal Government of Hungduan, Ifugao through the Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR & 29/100 PESOS (Php 484,874.29) being the Approved Budget (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CLUSTER GF2-2024.

a.Construction of Bogyah River Control Php 290,948.12
b.Installation of Hobbong-Mabaka Access Road Railing Php 193,926.17

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3.The Municipal Government of Hungduan, Ifugao now invites bids for the Cluster GF2-2024. Completion of the works is required forty-two (42) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

4.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184...
