1. The Besao Local Government Unit, through the 20% 2025 Municipal Development Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand, Six hundred Six Pesos and Eighty-Nine Centavos (1,986,606.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Cluster 4: Continuation and Improvement of Barangay Road - Bonboni to Tamboan; Continuation of Drainage Canal from Balbawang-s Residence to Bey-acac; and Construction of Drainage Canal - Dandanac Proper, 2025-05-17. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
