INVITATION TO BID FOR Cluster 26-16 Supply and Delivery of Foodstuff

1) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through the 2026 Annual Fund- Early Procurement Activity intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS (P7,724,050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Cluster 26-16 Supply and delivery of Foodstuff. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for Cluster 26-16 Supply and Delivery of Foodstuff using the Green Purchasing or Sustainable Procurement. Delivery of the item is required as stated under PR-s Delivery schedule/Schedule of Delivery. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
