1) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through the 2025 Annual Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS (P4,212,115.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Cluster 25-52 Supply of Foodstuff. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
