The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bontoc, through the General Appropriations Act or Special Appropriations intends to apply the sum of (Php 1,800,000.00) One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CLUSTER 12-2025: 1. Construction of Am-ancho Gate; 2. Rehabilitation of Bontoc Sanitary Landfill; 3. Construction of Storage Room at Am-ancho (INFRA 2025-13). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
