General Requirements
• Service Model: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (Iaas)
• Deployment Location: Must support availability zone or data center within or near the Philippines (e.g., Manila, Singapore or Southeast Asia region) for optimal latency and data sovereignty considerations
• Can create multiple instances of Virtual Machines from available resources
• Support Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server VM and Licenses
• Must have Cloud Service Management Portal/Site Must be able to provide the following Reserved-Compute Resources for 1 Year, 24x7 after activation:
• CPU: 40.0 GHz total core
• RAM: 28 GB
• HDD Storage: 1,000 GB
• Distributed SSD Storage: 400GB
• Static IP: 1
• VLAN: 3
• Outgoing data transfer: 200GB per month (No expiry, accumulating)
Included Licenses for Virtual Machine Instance for 1 Year:
• Windows Server Standard 2016 or later
• Windows Server SQL Web Edition
