b. Confirmation email upon completion of the report with summary matrix;
2. Maintain responsiveness or mobile-optimized survey application to capture data for better client access and use;
3. Customize design based on reporting form with appropriate data field controls/ validation and dropdown menu for better data capture;
4. Provide the capability of file attachment in xls and xlsx;
5. Release Structured Query Language (SQL) and extracted excel file as soon as the application for AERW system closes;
6. Provide data export feature to allow back-up and secure data transfer to end-user-s preferred system (as far as practicable, exported data should be compatible with end- user-s data analysis tools);
7. Maintain embedded security features that protects data from breach and unauthorized access;
