Description : Invitation to Bid for Closure of Sanitary Landfill (Cell 1)

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources XII-4, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office-PENRO Sarangani, through the Integrated Protected Area Fund (IPAF) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,400,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Closure of Sanitary Landfill (Cell 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources XII-4, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office-PENRO Sarangani now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
