Cleaning and Decontamination of Air Conveyance System of Head Office

1. OBJECTIVE:

This project shall cover the cleaning and decontamination of the air-conditioning conveyance and ducting systems located on the 17th and 18th floors of the SB Corporation Head Office. The scope shall encompass the entire air distribution network, including air ducts, vents, fans, filters, and the Air Handling Unit (AHU).

The primary objective of the undertaking is to ensure the continuous circulation of clean and safe indoor air, free from dust, allergens, molds, fungi, and other harmful contaminants, thereby safeguarding the health and comfort of building occupants and maintaining the operational efficiency of the system.

2. BUDGET:
