Description : INVITATION TO BID ON THE CLASSROOM ENHANCEMENT PROJECT -
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF INTERACTIVE BOARD
FOR MAIN AND SATELLITE CAMPUSES
WITH IDENTIFICATION NUMBER GS-P37-2025-11-11

1. The Bukidnon State University, through the FY 2025 (Fund 01-RAF Main), Budget Approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of EIGHTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 18,170,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Classroom Enhancement Project - Supply, Delivery and Installation of Interactive Board for Main and Satellite Campuses with identification number GS-P37-2025-11-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bukidnon State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required by Sixty Calendar Days (60CD). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years (November 11, 2023- November 11, 2025) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description ...
