INVITATION TO BID
The Brgy. Talisayan of Albuera, Leyte through its Bids and Awards Committee invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Civil Works by Contract for the Installation of Solar Streetlights with Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) in the amount of One Million One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen Pesos and 66/100 (Php 1,175,816.66 ) through the 20% Development Fund.
Bidders should have satisfactory experience in undertaking this kind of activity within the last two years with an amount of at least 50% of this proposed procurement for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as preliminary examination of bids use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest bid shall be conducted.
