1.The Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the Capital Outlay of the Annual Budget CY 2025 of the Municipality of Basey, Samar, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos & 91/100 (Php 644,989.91 ), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “11832904 /LGUBS-CW-25-02-029, Civil Works for the Construction of TB DOTS Coughing Area and Improvement of RHU & Maternal, Home Bldg., Basey, Samar”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit of Basey, Samar now invites bids for procurement of civil works for the following development project at specific project site:
