CIVIL WORKS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) STOREY EVACUATION CENTER AT BRGY. BALUD, BASEY,

1.The Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the 5% component of the Annual Budget CY 2025 of the Municipality of Basey, Samar, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty One Pesos & 13/100 (Php 3,534,531.13 ), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “12430017 /LGUBS-CW-25-09-111, Civil Works for the construction of one
(1) storey evacuation center at Brgy. Balud, Basey, Samar”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit of Basey, Samar now invites bids for procurement of civil works for the following development project at specific project site:
