1.The Government of the Philippines (GOP) through the 20% component of the Annual Budget CY 2025 and from the Supplemental Budget no. 2 of the Municipality of Basey, Samar, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Four Pesos & 75/100 (Php 2,596,584.75 ),being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “12483143 /LGUBS-CW-25-10-112, Civil Works for the Basey-GK- Community Land Development Phase 1 , Basey, Samar”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit of Basey, Samar now invites bids for procurement of civil works for the following development project at specific project site:
