Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
“CISCO Equipment Licenses and Support Services Subscription”
1.
In view of two (2) failed public biddings, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Project, “CISCO Equipment Licenses and Support Services Subscription” (Project ID No. DBM-2025-25) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. The DBM, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Eight Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P28,720,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
