“CISCO Equipment Licenses and Support Services Subscription”

1. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Eight Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P28,720,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “CISCO Equipment Licenses and Support Services Subscription” (Project ID No. DBM-2025-12-EPA). For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 7.6 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, the proposed budget under the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program shall be used as basis. Further, consistent with the requirement in the same Section 7.6, no award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
